- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the milk and eggs. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Preheat your griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then lightly grease with oil or butter.
