  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 large Egg optional
  • 1/2 cup Cheese optional, for topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick ½ inch rounds and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with onion, garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until uniform.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into patties that fit on the cabbage rounds and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until burgers are cooked through with a golden color.
  6. If adding cheese, broil for 3-5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the burgers rest for a minute before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
