Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Lay one phyllo sheet on a clean counter and brush it with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and repeat.
  4. Slice the layered phyllo pastry into four long strips.
  5. Place approximately one tablespoon of feta mixture at the end of each strip and roll tightly.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with remaining olive oil.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Prepare the chili honey drizzle by combining honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a saucepan over low heat.
  9. Serve the rolls warm with the chili honey drizzle on top or on the side.
