Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Lay one phyllo sheet on a clean counter and brush it with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and repeat.
- Slice the layered phyllo pastry into four long strips.
- Place approximately one tablespoon of feta mixture at the end of each strip and roll tightly.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with remaining olive oil.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Prepare the chili honey drizzle by combining honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a saucepan over low heat.
- Serve the rolls warm with the chili honey drizzle on top or on the side.
