Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Cut the stacked phyllo into squares, approximately 4x4 inches.

  5. Brush the tops of each roll with more olive oil and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
