- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the phyllo dough, coat the first sheet with olive oil, and lay another sheet on top. Repeat for 3-4 layers.
- Cut the stacked phyllo into squares, approximately 4x4 inches.
- Place a phyllo square on your work surface, add feta cheese in the center, and fold corners to create a roll.
- Brush the tops of each roll with more olive oil and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with chili honey before serving warm.
- Transfer the rolls to a serving platter and enjoy them fresh.
