In a medium bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Drizzle the olive oil over the breadcrumb mixture and stir until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Squeeze lemon juice over each fillet and sprinkle lemon zest on top.
Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring an even coating.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
