For the Coating
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix Try Italian seasoning for a twist
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs Can use traditional breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Optional for added richness
For the Finish
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Can substitute with olive oil

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning mix.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cut them into strips.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter and dip each chicken strip into it.
  5. Press each butter-coated chicken strip into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  6. Drizzle any remaining melted butter over the coated chicken strips.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes before serving.
