Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Sweet Potatoes: Boil two large, unpeeled sweet potatoes in a pot of water over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. Grate Potatoes: Peel and grate the sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl for fine shreds.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add olive oil and cornstarch to the grated sweet potatoes, sprinkle in seasoning, and mix well.
  4. Shape Tots: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape into a 1-inch cylinder. Pack tightly.
