Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Turkey Cobb Salad
  1. Prepare the lettuce by washing and drying thoroughly. Chop the turkey, slice the tomatoes and avocado, and cut bacon into small pieces. Gather ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper until fully blended and emulsified, about 30 seconds.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, chopped turkey, crispy bacon, sliced tomatoes, and avocado. Crumble blue cheese over the top and gently toss to combine.
