- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 3-5 minutes and lightly brush the basket with cooking oil.
- Combine your chosen chivda spice mix ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- In the air fryer basket, combine cornflakes, makhana, cashews, and raisins; air fry at 190°C (374°F) for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Add peanuts and roasted gram dal; air fry for another 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Add sev and boondi, air fry for 2 minutes, checking frequently.
- Prepare the tadka by heating oil in a pan, adding green and red chillies with curry leaves, stir-fry until crisp.
- Combine air-fried ingredients with the tadka and sprinkle with the chivda spice mix, toss to coat evenly.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
