  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary to prevent burning.
