- Crush graham crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Melt butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then pour it over the crumbs. Stir until resembling wet sand and press into dessert cups. Chill for 15-20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until well combined. Fold in whipped topping.
- Layer about 2-3 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker base in each cup. Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs over the chocolate, and repeat until nearly full.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and texture to firm up.
- Before serving, top each parfait with whipped topping, chocolate shavings, and mini eggs or candy sprinkles. Optionally add fresh berries.
