Step-by-Step Instructions for Oreo Cheesecake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 5 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a bowl, beat 24 ounces of softened cream cheese with 3/4 cup of sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Add 1 cup of sour cream and mix well. Fold in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until fully blended.
