  3. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until smooth, and then allow to cool slightly.
  4. Mash your ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  5. Mix the mashed bananas, neutral oil, and melted chocolate into the dry ingredients until just combined.
