  • 3 cloves Minced garlic freshly minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice or lime juice

  • 1/4 cup White wine or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard for a tangy depth

  • 1 whole Lemon wedges

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil and sear the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until opaque and flaky. Remove from pan.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and white wine. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it, adding parsley, dill, and heavy cream.
  7. Plate the salmon, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with lemon wedges and seasonings.
