Step-by-Step Instructions for Jack-o'-Lantern Stuffed Cookies
  1. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually mix this into the creamed mixture until just combined.
  3. Divide the dough, roll out each half to 1/4 inch thick, and cut out shapes using a jack-o’-lantern cookie cutter.
