  • 1 box Frozen Puff Pastry Ensure it’s thawed before use.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, olive oil, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the well-drained chopped spinach and crumbled feta gently. If adding bacon bits, mix them in.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry to 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares or circles.
  5. Place a generous spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry piece. Do not overfill.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling to seal and crimp edges with a fork.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
