Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Strawberry Greek Yogurt Jello
  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberry Jello gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk continuously for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to the dissolved gelatin mixture. Gently fold until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of cold water and mix gently to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving cups or a bowl, filling them about three-quarters full. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  5. Before serving, top with whipped cream or Cool Whip and fresh strawberries.
