For the Creamy Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Creamy base.
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Adds tanginess.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard Offers a subtle kick.
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning Classic seafood seasoning.
  • 1 tsp Salt Essential for flavor.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Essential for flavor.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare shrimp by boiling in separate water for 2-3 minutes until pink, or chop pre-cooked shrimp.
  3. Finely dice celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and chop parsley.
  4. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, imitation crab, and vegetables. Add dressing and toss gently.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
