  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese pre-shredded
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning optional
  • 0.5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add cheese tortellini and cook until al dente, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine the drained tortellini, fresh spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and evenly spread it out. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
