  • 2 cups Kale Chopped, can substitute with Swiss chard or spinach
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley Can substitute with cilantro

Step-by-Step Instructions for Healing Detox Soup
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Sauté chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped celery, and chopped carrots for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are softened.
  3. Incorporate diced sweet potatoes, chopped tomatoes, smoked paprika, and rinsed beans, cooking for 3 minutes.
  4. Add vegetable broth and water, bringing to a gentle boil then reducing to a simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Fold in chopped kale and parsley, simmering for an additional 5 minutes.
