Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll sheet into a rectangle, aiming for a thickness of about ¼ inch.
- Melt the butter and lightly coat the surface of the rolled-out dough with it.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, followed by shredded cheese and well-drained dill pickles on the buttery dough.
- Fold one edge of the dough over the toppings and press gently to seal.
- Slice the filled dough into 1-inch wide strips using a pizza cutter.
- Twist each strip a few times and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced a couple of inches apart.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly, keeping an eye on them in the last few minutes.
- Remove from oven and brush with additional melted butter and sprinkle with dried dill before serving warm.
