Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat. Whisk continuously for about 10 minutes until thickened.

  3. Pour tempered egg yolks back into the saucepan with the pudding mixture. Cook on low heat for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
