Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix and flour until combined.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter and add to the mixture with eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
  4. Scoop about one tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball, and coat in sugar before placing in the muffin tin.
  5. Bake for about 14 minutes until puffed and slightly cracked on top.
  6. Create indentations in the center of each cookie cup using the handle of a wooden spoon.
  7. Cool the cookie cups in the muffin tin for 5 to 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Prepare the ganache by combining white chocolate chips and heavy cream, microwaving until smooth.
  9. Fill each cooled cookie cup with ganache and decorate with M&Ms to create bunny faces.
  10. Allow to set for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
