Focaccia Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Pour in warm water and olive oil, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a lightly oiled bowl covered with a towel for 1 hour.

- Once risen, punch down the dough, shape it, and place it on a lined baking sheet.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
