Steps for Preparing Pinwheels

  4. Starting from one end, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. After chilling, slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pinwheels are puffed and golden brown.
