Step-by-Step Instructions for Fall Apple Cider Stew Mash
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare your workstation.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Season top sirloin with salt and pepper, then sear for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Add diced onions and sliced carrots to the skillet with the beef. Stir for about 4-5 minutes until onions are translucent.
