For the Wreath
  • 1 loaf Baguette Sourdough or ciabatta can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melting enhances richness.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Used with butter for crispiness.
For the Topping
  • 5 medium Roma Tomatoes Diced.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Chopped.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
For Garnish
  • a few Basil Sprigs Decoration for center.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter and mix in olive oil in a small bowl. Use a pastry brush to apply the mixture on both sides of the baguette slices.
  3. Arrange the buttered baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine diced Roma tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and crumbled feta. Stir gently.
  5. Arrange toasted baguette slices in a circular wreath shape on a serving platter.
  6. Spoon the tomato-feta mixture onto each baguette slice.
  7. Return the assembled wreath to the oven for an additional 8–10 minutes to warm through.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil sprigs and serve warm.
