Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter and mix in olive oil in a small bowl. Use a pastry brush to apply the mixture on both sides of the baguette slices.
- Arrange the buttered baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced Roma tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and crumbled feta. Stir gently.
- Arrange toasted baguette slices in a circular wreath shape on a serving platter.
- Spoon the tomato-feta mixture onto each baguette slice.
- Return the assembled wreath to the oven for an additional 8–10 minutes to warm through.
- Garnish with fresh basil sprigs and serve warm.
