Baking Instructions

- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk cooled brown butter with sugar, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Stir in vanilla, then fold in cake flour, baking powder, and salt, followed by sour cream and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Prepare for Baking: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a cake pan, pour batter in and sprinkle sugar on top.
