- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt with 2-4 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, stirring until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet, pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle a generous cup of mixed berries and 1/2 cup of chopped nuts evenly over the yogurt layer, pressing them gently into the yogurt.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it chill for about 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt has set completely.
- Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break the bark into irregular pieces of your desired size.
- Arrange the pieces on a serving platter and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three weeks.
