Step-by-Step Instructions for Fruit Spring Rolls
- Prepare your fruits by washing and drying them thoroughly, slice strawberries and other fruits into matchsticks, approximately 6 inches long.
- Soak the rice paper by pouring hot water onto a large shallow plate and dipping one rice paper wrapper in for about 10 seconds.
- Set up for rolling by placing the softened rice paper on a clean, flat surface with the smooth side facing down.
- Add a generous amount of sliced strawberries and matchstick fruits in the center of the rice paper wrapper.
- Fold the bottom edge of the wrapper over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly away from you.
- Repeat the process with the remaining rice paper wrappers and fruit fillings, soaking one at a time.
- Serve the assembled Fruit Spring Rolls immediately on a platter, optionally with a yogurt dip.
