Step-by-Step Instructions for Fruit Spring Rolls
  1. Prepare your fruits by washing and drying them thoroughly, slice strawberries and other fruits into matchsticks, approximately 6 inches long.
  2. Soak the rice paper by pouring hot water onto a large shallow plate and dipping one rice paper wrapper in for about 10 seconds.
  3. Set up for rolling by placing the softened rice paper on a clean, flat surface with the smooth side facing down.
  4. Add a generous amount of sliced strawberries and matchstick fruits in the center of the rice paper wrapper.
  5. Fold the bottom edge of the wrapper over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly away from you.
