Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients. Dry the ahi tuna steaks by patting with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil, then place tuna steaks in the skillet; sear for 1-2 minutes until golden. Flip and sear the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove tuna and let it rest. In the skillet, reduce heat and add butter and minced garlic. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant and golden.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, mixing for 1 minute until combined.
  5. Serve the seared tuna steaks topped with garlic butter sauce. Enjoy while fresh!
