Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the Atlantic salmon fillets dry with paper towels and coat with avocado oil, then season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C) and clean the grates.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grates and grill for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Gently flip the fillets and grill for another 3-4 minutes until cooked. The salmon should be opaque.
  5. In the last 2 minutes, brush the fillets with a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
  6. Check with a thermometer that the internal temperature is at least 135°F (57°C) before resting for 5 minutes.
