- Pat the Atlantic salmon fillets dry with paper towels and coat with avocado oil, then season with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C) and clean the grates.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grates and grill for 4-5 minutes.
- Gently flip the fillets and grill for another 3-4 minutes until cooked. The salmon should be opaque.
- In the last 2 minutes, brush the fillets with a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Check with a thermometer that the internal temperature is at least 135°F (57°C) before resting for 5 minutes.
