Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by thoroughly washing your fresh spinach to remove any dirt or grit. Dry them completely using a salad spinner or by patting them with a kitchen towel.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once frothy, add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the prepared spinach to the skillet, a handful at a time, allowing it to wilt before adding more. Toss gently with tongs and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Once wilted, season with a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the sautéed spinach to a serving dish and serve warm.
