- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped green onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, breadcrumbs, egg, and season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange them on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
- While the meatballs bake, heat oil in a large pot. Add chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes.
