Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Lightly brush each mini crust or naan round with olive oil, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  3. Arrange thin slices of brie cheese evenly over each prepared crust.
  4. Sprinkle dried cranberries and chopped toasted walnuts atop the brie.
  5. Transfer to your preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until brie is bubbling and crust is golden brown.
  6. While the pizzas bake, combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Once baked, remove from oven, drizzle with hot honey mixture, and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.

Notes
