Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Lightly brush each mini crust or naan round with olive oil, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Arrange thin slices of brie cheese evenly over each prepared crust.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries and chopped toasted walnuts atop the brie.
- Transfer to your preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until brie is bubbling and crust is golden brown.
- While the pizzas bake, combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Once baked, remove from oven, drizzle with hot honey mixture, and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
