  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
For Richness
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, can substitute with olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, then par-cook them in boiling water for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, cooked potatoes, corn, melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic. Squeeze lemon juice over everything and stir gently.
  3. Cut four large pieces of foil, about 12 inches long. Place an equal portion of the mixture in the center of each piece, seal tightly.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Cook packets on grill grates for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Remove from grill, let cool slightly before opening. Serve directly from the packets.
