Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down.
Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
While the salmon is grilling, prepare the salsa by combining diced mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a medium bowl. Gently toss to combine.
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve the salmon topped with the mango avocado salsa.
