Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients for the casserole and preparing them as needed.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed onion and garlic with chickpeas and cooked quinoa.
  5. Add shredded cheese, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
