Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a skillet, brown cooked ground sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crumbled and lightly browned, then set aside.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add shredded sharp cheddar, shredded pepper jack, cooked sausage, diced green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with additional cheese and parsley if desired.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden brown top.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with crackers, tortilla chips, or bread slices.
