Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to its lowest setting, around 170°F (75°C), or set dehydrator to 135°F (57°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon pie filling, coconut milk, and shredded coconut. Mix until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Line a baking tray or dehydrator tray with parchment paper. Pour and spread the mixture evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. If using the oven, dehydrate for about 1.5 hours. For a dehydrator, expect around 3 hours of drying time.
  5. Check doneness by touching the surface; it should feel leathery and not sticky.
  6. Cool completely, then cut into strips or roll up for easy storage.
  7. Store in an airtight container; can last for several weeks.
