- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and steep the tea bags in a pitcher for about 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, add 2 cups of water and diced mango. Boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, mashing occasionally.
- Strain the mango mixture into the pitcher with the brewed tea to remove pulp.
- Add honey to taste and stir until dissolved.
- Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
