Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a jumbo muffin pan or six ramekins with non-stick spray.
- Thaw the frozen puff pastry while the oven heats up, then roll it out slightly on a floured surface.
- Press the pastry squares into each muffin cup, allowing edges to hang over.
- Dice your chicken or turkey ham, then shred the Swiss and cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, half-and-half or milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheeses and diced ham into the egg mixture.
- Fill the pastry-lined muffin cups with the egg mixture until three-quarters full.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and fold pastry edges over slightly. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes, gently lift out the soufflés, and serve warm.

Notes
Keep puff pastry cold for flakiness, use fresh ingredients, and don’t overfill the pastry shells. Experiment with flavors as desired.
