Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound salmon fillet skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well combined.
  2. Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the marinated salmon cubes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
