- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare the ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh corn (or canned corn), creamed corn, sour cream, cheddar cheese, honey, and melted butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Fold in the beaten eggs into the corn mixture carefully.
