Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a tube or bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, and oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread half of the batter into the greased pan, leveling it out evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon to create the streusel. Sprinkle half over the batter.
  5. Gently swirl the streusel into the batter and then layer the remaining batter on top. Finish with the rest of the streusel.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Keep an eye on it.
  7. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a plate.
  8. To make the ganache, melt chocolate chips, cream, and butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the ganache over the cooled bread and let it set for 10-15 minutes.
