- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a tube or bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, and oil. Mix until smooth.
- Spread half of the batter into the greased pan, leveling it out evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon to create the streusel. Sprinkle half over the batter.
- Gently swirl the streusel into the batter and then layer the remaining batter on top. Finish with the rest of the streusel.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Keep an eye on it.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a plate.
- To make the ganache, melt chocolate chips, cream, and butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the ganache over the cooled bread and let it set for 10-15 minutes.
