Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, cooking until it's browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking, then drain excess grease.
  2. While your meat cools slightly, spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Pour one jar of spaghetti sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker, spreading it evenly across the base.
  3. Break the spaghetti noodles in half and layer them directly over the sauce in the slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle the browned ground beef over the spaghetti layer, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Pour the second jar of spaghetti sauce over the mixture in the slow cooker.
  6. Set your slow cooker to high and cover it with a lid, cooking for 3 hours.
  7. After the cooking time, open the lid and gently stir the spaghetti mixture. Add 1 cup of water and continue cooking for an additional 30 to 45 minutes.
  8. Once the spaghetti is tender, spoon into bowls and garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
