  5. First Rise: Grease a large bowl with olive oil, place the dough inside, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
  6. Prepare Filling: Mix cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, basil, garlic, and spices in a separate bowl.
  7. Chill Filling: Refrigerate the filling for 30 minutes for easier spreading.
