Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare your baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Cook diced bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil with sliced jalapeños, Thai red chili pepper, and shallots.
  4. Roll out the pizza crust on a countertop dusted with cornmeal into a 12-inch round.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough to your baking sheet and spread cream cheese over it, leaving a border.
  6. Sprinkle crispy bacon pieces over cream cheese, followed by sautéed veggies and Monterey Jack cheese.
