Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. Pat sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Place sea bass in the baking dish. Drizzle with sautéed garlic and melted butter, then squeeze lemon juice on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Sauté spinach in the same skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until wilted. Add heavy cream and simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Remove sea bass from the oven, let it rest. Serve with creamed spinach, garnished with lemon juice or wedges.
