Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 cup of softened cream cheese, and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold 1 cup of whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture using a spatula.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix and 3 cups of milk until it thickens.
- In a 9x13 inch dish, lay out half of the graham crackers evenly on the bottom.
- Spoon half of the prepared peanut butter mixture over the layer of graham crackers and spread it evenly.
- Add half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the peanut butter layer.
- Layer the remaining graham crackers on top. Pour the rest of the peanut butter mixture and spread it evenly.
- Top with the final layer of chocolate pudding and spread 1 cup of whipped topping on top.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
