  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened ensure at room temperature for easy mixing
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip
Chocolate Layer
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix use a high-quality mix
  • 3 cups milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 cup of softened cream cheese, and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold 1 cup of whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture using a spatula.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix and 3 cups of milk until it thickens.
  4. In a 9x13 inch dish, lay out half of the graham crackers evenly on the bottom.
  5. Spoon half of the prepared peanut butter mixture over the layer of graham crackers and spread it evenly.
  6. Add half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Layer the remaining graham crackers on top. Pour the rest of the peanut butter mixture and spread it evenly.
  8. Top with the final layer of chocolate pudding and spread 1 cup of whipped topping on top.
  9. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
